EXPERIENCE With over 17 years experience in selling San Francisco real estate, I have been involved in a variety of different, and sometimes challenging, transactions. I specialize in residential homes, condos, multiple-unit buildings, probates, and am very familiar with tenancy-in-common and condo conversion procedures. In addition to having represented many clients in tenancy-in-common sales and condo conversions, I have also gone through a condo conversion myself, so I also know from first-hand experience the procedure involved and things you can do to expedite the process. I am also very familiar with the tenant laws of San Francisco and have sold a large amount of tenant-occupied buildings in my 17 years of real estate.
