| Introduction

Experience
Since receiving my real estate license in 1990, I have sold hundreds of homes in San Francisco and the Bay area. I have over 21 years of experience selling San Francisco real estate full-time.
I was born and raised in San Francisco and have lived here my whole life. Because of this, I am uniquely familiar with all areas of this beautiful city. In the 55 years I have lived here, I have watched the different neighborhoods of San Francisco go through many changes. I can offer you valuable insights from a native’s point-of-view.
Success
I am a successful, top-producing McGuire agent, and have been a top-producing agent through most of my real estate career. However, I believe the true measure of success in real estate is not how many sales you have had, but how many happy clients you have. Repeat business and referrals from happy clients is the lifeline of my business.
Areas of Expertise
I specialize in residential home sales, probate and trust sales. I have sold everything from large apartment buildings to small condos in my 21 years of real estate. I personally converted a two-unit building to condos, so I have first-hand experience with the condo conversion process as well. I also have a lot of experience with tenant-occupied properties and currently own a three-unit building in Noe Valley.
Personal
I am a fourth-generation San Franciscan and I grew up in a family of seven in the Forest Hill Extension area of San Francisco. We attended St. Brendan's school which was right across the street from our house. Some of my interests (besides selling real estate) include collecting old pictures and books about San Francisco, taking walks with my wife at Fort Mason, the Marina and Crissy Field and taking in the breathtaking views. I truly love my hometown of San Francisco. It is a very beautiful and interesting place to live.
